By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay all fees associated with the course. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made at the time of enrollment. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the enrollment page.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Course Content and Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the course materials. Access is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any course materials, except as permitted by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, are owned by Finactify or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Finactify, a Finactify employee, or another user.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Services.
• Use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
